1. No Refunds for Completed Services
All fees for completed services are non-refundable. Once a service has been performed and delivered, no refunds will be issued. This includes, but is not limited to, tax preparation, filings, bookkeeping, business filings, and any other professional services.
2. Cancellation Policy
- If you wish to cancel a service before it has been completed, you may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the work performed up to the cancellation date.
- Cancellations must be requested in writing and submitted to in**@***********ts.com.
- No refunds will be provided for services already submitted to the IRS, state agencies, or other regulatory bodies.
3. Errors and Revisions
- If an error is discovered in our work due to incorrect information provided by the client, we are not responsible for any penalties, interest, or additional fees incurred.
- If an error occurs due to our oversight, we will correct it at no additional charge.
4. Digital and Physical Products
Any digital or physical documents provided as part of our services are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.
